Shoes collection of 2011- old and quite new

Okay I don't have a massively large shoe collection so no worries guys!
Since I haven't done a shoes haul and I did just bought something this January but there is so much shoes I would like to include. So I thought of doing a shoe collection, but I would include the latest shoes in a future haul post.
So this collection is strictly until 2011.
I brought most of my shoes from Malaysia but I left some of them but I believe those are old sandals so I just left them home *sad*. The oldest shoes in this collection would be 2006/2007 I think, for Raya celebration. So as you can see I love my shoes and I can keep them as long as I can especially the leather and pricey ones.
My Style: I love heels, however flats are practical. Leather are my favourite! I 'm not into sneakers/canvas/sportshoes at first, but lately I started to get hooked *just like what happen with jumpers/hoodies*. Back in Malaysia I wear a lot leather sandals *Scholl, Clarks or Hush Puppies* but sadly I can't really wear them here, however here I did get to experiment wearing boots. I love the no-stocking look with shoes, so I actually hate sock/stockings. For now I start to wear footies to reduce smells and it's cold here. Footies are more forgiving it looks like you aren't wearing anything, so I still achieve that look. I wear stocking only in my boots and my hi-tops which they are not visible... hehe,

First of all these are done in random order because I love all my shoes, although some I don't really fancy.

Brown 'leather-like' flats - Barrats - GBP 10.00 I think
This is my go-to shoes, practical and can be worn with just about anything. This I bought for fraction of its original price. I like that it's like leather but I know it's not, it's synthetic, *That's why it's cheap* but I also like that it looks a bit like loafers. I bought this since I had to thrown out my Camel Active loafers... *sad*.

Left: White Canvas Flats with Floral Embroideries - Keds - RM 150.00++
Right: Black Canvas Lace Flats - River Island  - GBP 16.00
Left:  The white one I got it back in Malaysia at Pedder Red and I love it so much, I was into Mischa Barton style for Keds. I don't know why I left it in Malaysia in the first place. Like the above flats it's easy to pull off although the white quite put me off, especially when I am dark tan, but the contrast it creates is quite interesting for me. Plus the floral white embroideries give texture and a twist to this canvas flats. Because of that and that it's in white I got to be careful not to dirtied it too much.

Right:  This black one, I'm not really into it. I don't know why the hell I bought this?? It's hard for me to pull off seriously. I almost want to throw it out, but then, inspiration come, and I finally find ways. I realize these don't look the best with my dark skinny jeans. So I find it look nice if I pair it with light colour pants, and pants should be a little bit higher and expose a bit of skin. So my pants is down at right above the ankle like capri but longer and if my pants longer I would fold them a bit. If the pants has some loose fabrics *not skin tight* it looks quite stylish as well.

Hi-top sneakers in Grey - Adidas GBP 30.00++
This might not be my favourite, but I agree that this is very very useful shoes and I wear it very often, you can see how it much it has wear and tear. Simple design in grey, with white shoe lace and  some white and purple lining. The material is not usual cotton canvas, it looks like nylon, there's a bit of shine, and definitely does not get wet easily. So for me it's a decent  shoes.

Grey Printed Hi-top 'Adicity Kit' Adidas Originals Attitude - Adidas  - GBP 15.00
(Typical Adidas hi-top should be GBP 60.00++, especially with leather and suede mix in)
Okay, this is how I am hooked with sneakers, I got this for GBP15.00 at Junction 1 last November I think and that's very very cheap for Adidas. I found this by accident, and this is the only one left. At first I was afraid I can't pull it off and whatever crappy thought, but then when I got it I was totally into sneakers, I mean, I would give sneakers a chance. I know that sneakers can be very very fashion forward and stylish, and this one definitely got loud design but sneakers/sporty was not really my style. Now, not anymore, I definitely check out JDSport and Footlocker next time for cooler sneakers. So this shoes is in grey canvas with 'neon paint in splash' details, quite loud but the grey background tone it down . There is suede lined across the bottom edge and at lace part and a bit of leather at the ankle part. So at first look, it seems quite hard to pull off especially when I use to wear simple plain shoes, but after I wear it a while it is actually fine. The grey does tone it down and make it more wearable. The lace are in grey and I also got extra shoes lace in bright neon orange, which I never try yet. Another point, the shoe soles *the white part* is actually glow in the dark, how cool is that!!
Glow in the dark!!
haha! I know I make this a big deal, but I found out when I got home, it was funny seriously. . Whatever it is, I really like this shoes. I definitely give stylish sneakers a chance.

This would be my first boots, I just thought of giving this a try. I got this at Pavers Outlet at Banbridge . It decent enough for first boots, very very warm. It has that 'folk village' look going on, but I love the shearling it got. Since I usually wear skinnies, I wear this regularly.
Brown Suede Flat Boots with shearling - Pavers - GBP 30.00+

I love the previous boots, but how I wish that it has heels. So I got this last November I think, and again I love it! I thought of how great to wear this in the snow, but too bad it does not snow last year.... erghhh... However I still going to wear it while it still cold.  It looks interesting with hiker-style soles and shoe lace and this shoes is very sturdy. It got thicker shearling, with thick heels to add a bit of height.  Again definitely look great with skinnies, but probably if I wear with boot-cut, I will not fold the shearling out, but I have not try that yet.
Brown Leather Hiker-style lace-up heel boots with shearling -  Bussola - GBP 40.00++

Olive Green Leather Heel Oxford Brogues *haha! how to describe??* - Clarks - GBP 50.00+
I got this last year, thinking that it look nice and the heels is not too high and easy to walk with. But it is actually quite hard, the leather in layers is quite hard to 'break into'. Nonetheless, it looks nice and cool with the 'multi-stripe' details and the shoe lace. My course-mate compliment this shoes and describe as brogues with heels. As you may know brogues are really popular in here. I still like it and wear it, but I really hope that it doesn't hurt my feet too much.

Pale Rose Leather Kitten Heel - Clarks GBP 40.00+
I got this shoes with the purpose of getting a formal decent shoes for my weekly attachment. Again, I don't know why but it's hard to 'break-into' as well... is it a 'Clarks' thing? Nevertheless I like that this shoe can be formal, and casual at the same time due to the small buckle details. I don't really like the pale rose colour but I can't find my size in black, too bad, but it's ok. The kitten heels is also more forgiving as I want to wear this in clinical attachment.

Leather Heel in nude camel - Primavera - RM 200.00+
This is the oldest shoes in this collection, 2006 I think. It is my 'precious' and I hope it never ever get ruined, but it does wear and tear a bit already. I loveeeee this!! It's quite high, but still very very comfortable. It got like a 'bow' detail and it is in nude camel colour, easy to pull off. The heel has a 'wood-like' finish. I would like to wear this casually but too bad the lifestyle here with weather does not permit it... haihhhh... Nevertheless my 'precious~~.

Black Cut-out Peep-top heel - Primavera - RM 150.00++
This is an old one as well, I got it after my I finish secondary school. Back in Malaysia I really like heels in Primavera , their design is quite my taste, sophisticated and simple design and the price is okaylah, not too expensive. The cut-out leather details would kick up a notch compare to a typical peep-toe black heels.  Again, this shoes is very comfortable and last year I left it back home, I brought it back last autumn, but I haven't find the time to wear this...  but I will. But definitely can't wear this if you're walking on field, the quite thin heel will dig/puncture into the soil. Compare to the previous heels I think this is much easier to pull off casually.

Blue patent leather slingback wedges - Clarks RM 200.00+
I bought this back in Malaysia and I like how it look simple and it suppose to be easy to pull off. However, when I wear it, it doesn't cover my feet well, and it does not look too good with very fitted skinnies, what I think is that my feet was too 'exposed'. I think this shoes look great but I have mixed feelings. I still like to wear this. It definitely look fine with boot cut.  I like the colour in blueish grey patent leather, and it is slingback, easy to wear. It has a bit detail at the front and the wedge also has thicker sole, so there's a bit of platformProbably I wear it more in spring and summer especially back in Malaysia even in skinnies... lantaklah... haha!

Dark Chocolate leather Hand-stiched flats sandals - Florence - EUR 20.00++
Did you know that leather goods are very popular in Florence, Italy or 'Firenze'? So I got this hand-stitched leather  sandals during my Europe trip last summer. Despite how feudal it looks, I looveeee it because of that. The fact that it is a hand-stitched leather sandals made it more special, like you got this in Florence, and as you can see, there is no brands.  I got it in a traditional shop, I felt very 'tourist-y', haha! At first it felt a bit rigid but after a while, it 'break' and it become comfortable. This design is very simple strappy flat sandals, and remind me of gladiator, imagine the Romans wear this to watch gladiators in the old days. But I really think that it is basic sandals, easy to wear, I wear this a lot during summer and when I was back in Malaysia last year. The straps does not break-off or damaged since it it sewn into the sole, very professional. So it's actually not that cheap.

There are shoes I don't include here, since it's new, so I will include it in my future haul post.
In the future I would probably do post on something like outfit of the day/looks... I try to figure out how like am I getting the picture taken .. hmm

till next time, farhanaJ

Autumn Winter Cosmetics Haul - MAC, Origins, Boots

This is accumulation of stuff I bought through out Autumn Winter, it would be crazy if I buy all of these at the same time.

This would be done randomly order, not in any sequence, and some of the product bought at store and some by online.
ok let's start!

MAC
(either at Debenhams counter or Online at MAC website)
Copper Bronze Pigment, Redd Lipliner,  239 Brush
I bought these 3 together, but I can't remember what's the total however I remember I got GBP15.00 off for my rebate of having Debenhams Beauty Club card holder, so my trip to MAC that day was to claim reward.

Lipliner in REDD - GBP 10.50
Lipliner Redd: Clearly red (matte)
Reason to buy: To be honest an impulse buy, however it is very useful for me since I love wearing red lipstick.
For now: Totally love this, make my red lips look last longer and provide more impact. Redd is a real neutral, since my complexion is more warm-tone, it appear warm. Definitely not a waste even though I don't wear this regularly *since I use Spice for my 'stained brick-red lips*.

Pigment in Copper Bronze - GBP16.50

Pigment Copper Bronze: Super frosty copper flakes
Reason to buy: The desire to experiment with MAC Pigment. I was never interested at first but lately that time I want try the glittery makeup so I thought testing the MAC pigment should be nice, and I chose the most glittery and frosty, at the same time the colour quite neutral and easy to pull of.
For now: As I said before I want a neautral colour which easier to pull off and I was introduce to Tan first however I was feeling that it was quite a waste. So to kick up the notch a bit I tried the Copper Bronze which is great. It might be quite orangey copper but that blends well into my skin. Colour highly concentrated and very shimmery glittery however can still look natural in soft wash.

MAC 239 Eye Shader Brush - GBP19.00*compare to a penny coin*
#239 Brush: Eye Shader Brush
Reason to buy: I want to get a decent eyeshadow brush for packing colour and the MAC 239 is supposed to be a basic brush to have.
For now: I have mixed feelings at first when compare to my Bodyshop travel set eyeshadow brush, it seems that the latter one can pack colour better. But fortunately as I get used to using this brush it gets better and I love it, especially the fact it does not absorb colours, like the pigment is not cought in the brush despite colour do stain them. Probably I will get the 217 brush or try another eyeshader brush like 242 or 249.

Cleanse oil tranquil, Chili Lipstick, Zoom Lash Mascara*sample*
Hehe, got the Zoom Lash Mascara for free, love MAC. I practically have not buy black mascara for a while since I always got free sample. I still haven't use it though, even my Sublime De Chanel.

Left: Cleanse off Oil Tranquil 150ml -GBP 18.50
Right: Studio Sculpt Foundation GBP 13.00 *original price GBP23.00*
Cleanse off Oil Tranquil
Reason to buy: Since I've been using a lot of MAC makeup I thought why not get the removers as well and I thought my L'oreal De Maq Expert was running out. At first I thought about getting the regular one in small bottle so that I can bring it if I travel by planes, however it was out of stock, then I check out the Tranquil one, then I can't remember where my thoughts gone to but I end up buying the 150 ml bottle, hehe.
For now: I haven't use it yet, I want to finish my L'oreal De Maq Expert. But I like that the Cleanse off Oil is about the same method to use, which oil turn to emulsion method, which totally my style. It has the oil to really dissolve the makeup and and add bit of water to change into emulsion to get rid of the oiliness. It's nice that it can be use allover face.

Studio Sculpt Foundation SPF15 NC42
Studio Sculpt Foundation SPF15 in NC42
Reason to buy: Since I got like 3 pots of the concealer I thought it's time to get foundation. That time I got GBP 10.00 off due to Debenhams Beauty Club reward and I was checking the reviews and it seems promising.
For now:  I haven't use this regularly yet, but I tried it at store, even though I was not happy the way the MAC sale assistant applied it really thick. It definitely thick, not runny and is definitely medium-FULL coverage. When I apply it less thick it looks so much better. I love the packaging as well, easy pour the stuff out and easy to bring for travelling.

Lipstick in Chili - GBP13.50
Chili: Brownish  orange-red

Reason to buy: I want to add MAC red lipstick to my collection, I was disappointed with the very blue-toned MAC Prolong. I thought I want to get the Russian Red, but I afraid it will look very similar to my Revlon Really Red, so I check out Chili. The description was interesting the swatches I seen was tempting so I got it.
For now: I totally love it! It looks like burnt orange-red, like what happen when you bake chili. Even though I don't wear it often but I love it. It looks very red but very warm red, the 'burnt look' give a more muted and 'gloomy' versus the cliche 'bright' orange red. So this look much interesting and edgier.
Packed to Go - 6 Warm Smokey Eye Shadows GBP29.50
Limited Edition Online Exclusive: Packed to Go 6 Warmed Smokey Eye Shadows
6 eyeshadow pallete with a mini brush and mirror
Top from left:-
Shroom: Soft beige with shimmer (satin)
Naked Lunch: Minimal pink with shimmer (lustre)
Tempting: Sinfully rich coco (lustre)
Bottom from left:-
Greensmoke: Tarnished olive (frost)
Stormy love: Dirty brown with green frost (frost) - obvious dualchrome
Showstopper: Deep blackened brown (matte)

Reason to buy: I was ready to look for another eyeshadow pallete to travel with other than the neutral L'oreal I had. It is really spot on that MAC come up with this 'Packed to Go' line.

For now: I really find this very useful especially when I'm going travel!! I mean all the colour are complete for eye makeup with highlighter, midtone, dark deep colour. It easy to work with and still have interesting colour. The mirror is big enough and useful and the small brush is okay too. It felt great that suddenly I have 6 MAC eye shadows at this price, nice! Plus the matte Showstopper other than great for contour it also let me experiment with putting colour on my brows which make this more useful! Now I use Showstopper for natural brows look.

ORIGINS
Okay, sorry last time I was too caught up with MAC rampage I forgot all about my ORIGINS stuffs... I am very proud to say that I am totally covert to ORIGINS for skincare. So I don't want to ignore my Origins stuff like last time ...~~ and probably the stuff I bought before I just going to do a skincare post or something *since I also forgot to post about that as well ...~~*
Left: Ginzing Eyecare 15ml GBP 14.70 (original price GBP21.00 -30% off)
Right: Brighter by Nature Serum 30ml GBP 23.80 (original price GBP 34.00- 30% off)
Ginzing: Refreshing eye cream to brighten and depuff
Reason to buy: I was running out of my Skinz Infinite Eye Revive Therapy, and since I'm on Origins I thought I would like to give this a try. I thought about the Eye Doctor first since I believe Ginzing was like on the spot corrector that it does not really improve the eyes, however the sales assistant said it does, and that the Eye Doctor is more on hydrating but Ginzing can really brightens.
For now: The same as the MAC Cleanse off oil, I haven't tried it yet since my Skinz Eye Therapy is not finished completely yet. I tried it at the counter, the consistency is gel-cream like, typical eye-cream concentration.

Brighter By Nature: Skin tone correcting serum
Reason to buy: I love serums! and one is not enough, if I am crazy I going to get another one, hahaa! I used up my Clinique Even Better before and finish one bottle. Since the result was not that visible in correcting skin tone, I thought I want to try Origins one. What makes it better that it was 30% off.
For now: I like this consistency compare to Clinique Even Better. The smell is nice as usual for all Origins stuff. Correction on spots is not that visible but overall definitely more obvious changes. My complexion does get much much brighter, I mean the first time using Origins A Perfect World, there's changes, now added with the Brighter by Nature Serum it gets better. It feels very moisturizing and does not give me flares up.

Modern Friction 125ml  GBP 30.00
Ginger Rush Body Cream *100ml sample*
Ginger Souffle Body Cream *50ml sample*
Modern Friction: Nature's gentle dermabrasion
Reason to buy: I realise my Bodyshop Honey and Oat Scrub Mask is not enough exfoliation. So I need another one and I thought about trying a very good one and Origins Modern Friction seem to be in the top list. The fact that it is rice-base which is very good for brightening make me more interested since I was really into brightening stuff. That time it was 10% off at Debenhams, but Origins website give out freebies, so I bought it online and got the the two tube of body cream.
For now: Definitely make my skin more smooth and brighter, but I have to be careful not to massage it too much. The smell is nice as well. The free body cream is great as well, it smells very sweet and refreshing, love it.

Boots
From left: N'7 Mini Metallic 'Beneath the Morning Skies' Eyes Pencil Set GBP13.50, 17 Clear Definition Mascara GBP4.69, Revlon Grow Luscious Lashliner in Expresso GBP 6.29, Revlon Colorstay Eyeliner in Charcoal GBP 6.29, Rimmel Soft Kohl in Pure White GBP 2.99, Rimmel Gentle EyeMakeup Remover GBP ??, Rimmel Proffesional Eyebrow pencil in Black Brown GBP 2.99 (not in picture, I forgot , urghh)
I would say all the above are impulse buys. The Revlon and Rimmel stuff I know I get with some pounds off since Boots always has this 3-for-2 deal. But I believe all the  stuff are really put into good use.
  • The Rimmel eye-makeup remover is definitely useful to clean brush in between use and to correct mistakes while doing makeup, and it is much much better than the previous Garnier 2 in 1 makeup remover that was just horrible on my skin *I tweeted bout it*.
  • I want to try cheaper clear brow and lash gel than the Bodyshop one. I haven't open the 17 Clear Definition but I hope it is at same level as the bodyshop one or better.
  • Dark brown liner is always a staple so I'm just stocking on this. The Revlon Grow Luscious Lashliner is really opaque and intense! And not easily smudge, but I'm not sure if it easy to smoke or blend it... haven't try that yet.
  • The Rimmel Soft Kohl in white I used a lot for brightening eye makeup which I seldom wear, so being cheap it is suitable for experimenting. I use this a lot in 60's makeup. If only I could find a nude, should be perfect. I did buy this Fearne Cotton chunky eyeliner in nude, and it's rubbish, how the F*** am I suppose to line my water line with a chunky liner... ergh my search for nude liner continues. Probably I will get a lighter skintone concealer stick.
  • I also got the Rimmel EyeBrow pencil in black brown which also an experiment for me since I never really put stuff on my brows except gel. Sometimes my makeup look unfinished and at first I tried using the MAC Showstopper shadow, and it's great. However now I can really try the strong brows look. I use this for special occasion or when for my makeup I chose to kick up a notch on my brows, and top it off with the dark shadows.
  • The other eyeliners (N'7 Metallics and Revlon Charcoal) are for fun! and I love that I can try a lot a new eye looks.
These are all the swatches.
Eye liner swatch, top from left : N'7 Metallic set; Emerald, Amethyst, Copper, Bronze, Gold
Bottom from left: Rimmel Soft KohlPure White, Revlon Colorstay Charcoal, Revlon Grow Luscious Expresso
Eye liner swatch, top from left : N'7 Metallic set; Emerald, Amethyst, Copper, Bronze, Gold
Bottom from left: Rimmel Soft Kohl Pure White, Revlon Colorstay Charcoal, Revlon  Grow Luscious Expresso
As you could see the colour turn-out is very good especially the Expresso from Revlon.

Okay that's been all. I can't wait to get more stuff as we enter the new year and approaching the Spring.
I did eye on some stuff I just got to have sometime to have enough money and all.
Now I am waiting for my new study lamp which is in daylight cool white, since my current light is warm white *practically yellow*, the yellow is too bright and makes my eyes sore and went bloodshot after doing makeup.
So maybe after I got ne lighting sorted I can do makeup tutorial. I always been wanting to do the brows stuff, although it's very simple, I still want to share that. Also my new skincare routing. So wait for it guys!

Till next time,

Hoodies/Jumper/Sweats Haul!

Okay, I don't know how exactly, but suddenly I am into sweats hoodies or jumper
but probably due to my dear friend K pipot since she is really a big fan of hoodies...
She doesn't wear winter coat, she wore hoodies.
I never ever thought about buying hoodies, at all...
OK I didn't really wear hoodies because I didn't like stuffing my shawl into it.

then there come one day we went out for late lunch, Wagamama Victoria Square.
Then on the way home, we walk pass this store, MADHOUSE...
*we did become mad as we enter that shop*
So I'm not sure how to explain Madhouse basically they sell branded items for low price, I'm not sure whether it's an outlet or they sell stuff that didn't pass quality check, yeah but I notice Ed Hardy stuff, Nike, Adidas and etc. They alway got percentage off going on, like the hoodies I bought originally cost about GBP60.00 and I got them about GBP10.00-15.00 *can't remember exact price*

So we went through the hoodies as K Pipot into that, and there's a lot that we were drawn to...
and she show me stuff and at first I was thinking when would I ever wear these stuff.

Then we found this:-
No Fear Light Grey Sweat GBP 10.00+
I kinda like it, the light grey colour is nice, the print.. is interesting. US flag with skull with top hat, angels with guns, spears and 'No Fear'. I like that the red from the flag kind of gift some 'colour' so it would not look boring. And it came with no hoody.
So K pipot don't want it since it got skulls and no hoody, and I like that so I don't have to stuff my shawl and I can pin over it, nice.

It's large and loose so it's good for my skinnies, I look for larger size.
*sometime I hate hoodies for ladies for the fact that they are fitted and tight so it doesn't look good if I'm to wear it over skinnies, dark skinnies*
Suddenly I was hooked, and with 'moral' support from other's I bought it.
Actually before this, I bought this gray Adidas Sneakers which the design is quite bold and the fact that I know it looks good with this jumper make me want to buy it more. So I got this and wear it like the next day and it's my favourite since I wear it to meet Big Bang when they came to for EMA.
VIP 'happy faces'
That day, I didn't just buy that, I also but this one:-
No Fear White Printed Jumper with Hoody GBP 10.00+
It is in white, with design of black pattern/stuffs (clubs, start, head/skull) and it look really coollll!!Again I look for large size so it can be wear with skinnies, for this definitely dark skinnies.
At first the colour white didn't attract me, but I just couldn't resist the pattern and design. It does look a bit 'too much', but it's not bad especially when it is only black and white, I believe I can work it. Plus, the 'club' remind me of 2NE1 and being a Blackjack, I was inspired. It would have been cooler if there's spades in it. It takes a while for me to find the time to wear this.

There are many more that I was attracted but I just can't buy them that time, so when the next allowance was in, I went to this store again with K Pipot but there's wasn't interesting cheap stuff left and we went through the rack and the best I could find is this:-
Slightly Offensive 'Do I Look Like I'm Joking' Dark Gray Jumper with Hoody GBP 13.00
Slightly Offensive " DO I LOOK LIKE I'M JOKING" - Joker
Ok there is this area where all stuff are 'Slightly Offensive', as you can see it says so.
There are many graphic tees and hoodies and it look cool but quite offensive and this is one of the least offensive. There is this one in dark blue that does not have anything except earphone picture and 'Slightly Offensive' but it's quite too plain for it's price. *hmmm maybe I should check out again...maybe it went cheaper *
Whatever it is, it is loose but quite short but not too short. The colour is like a muted dark taupe grey. The design print at the front got this animated Joker  with blood and "DO I LOOK LIKE I'M JOKING'. Again the print make the hoody looks better and brighter and I like it. The dark colour would also look great on lighter colour skinnies.

I definitely will go to Madhouse again, it is really a great store, maybe I could find cool T-shirt this time. But I don't know, I heard it's closing down... *sad*
Okayyyy... I didn't intend to write too much on haul post, sorry.

till next time,
farhanaJ

Winter Haul - Clarks, redherring, Gap, H&M

I was supposed to do this earlier, but I put this on hold since I want to wait for my Debenhams order which arrive about 2 weeks after I made the order... huhu. As usual I bought these not at once, my purse kill me if I do that. So let just get on with this.

Clarks GBP 30.00+ (original price GBP 60.00 ++ - 50% off)
First stop would be Clarks. I was actually really looking for a new bag but larger and plain (eg tote etc), and Clarks got the 50% off on handbags. So I went there and check it out. I found a large tote with good shoulder straps, something I originally want to buy but I don't know I wasn't feeling it and I was attracted to this one as well *oh well, anyway the other one was synthetic anyway*. It was quite a while for me to decide which to get, then I chose this.

This one is slightly more expensive, it's dark brown, suede material, nice buckle detail and front pocket. It got short and long strap, so you can wear as messenger bag *across body* or the 'fashion people' style with short strap pulled to the elbows. The beg is sturdy, but I'm seriously worried if I ruined this, I don't know why, but I got like 2 broken bags, and they are my favourites so I wear them in stitches *sad, I know but I could not let go especially when it's leather*.

I got this as soon as I was back from my trip *PUISI at Ballycastle*,
I definitely tired to go out for shopping so I just shop online, check out Debenhams and their coats is on sale.
Redherring Grey Duffle Cape GBP19.50 (was GBP65.00 CRAZYYYYY!!)

Back view
It is a grey cape-style outerwear, quite popular recently but I never thought of trying this style. Shell: 88% polyester, 10% viscose, 2% elastane, Lining:100% polyester. It is really soft and cozy and I really like it. I'm not into the 'horn-toggle fastenings or walrus teeth' what they call it, but it's okay. I got buttons at the side which create sleeve but the cape does not come down to my wrist *I got quite long arms anyway*. It is roomy, I would say it look  best with skinnies and it got hoodies, which I like since it is a plus.
I think I wear this out often when it is still cold, since spring summer is approaching. I found the black one and I want to get that one but my size was out of stock so I got this one instead *so I haven't got a black coat yet, next winter probably*. Never mind, I still like it, since it's cheap I don't really mind. I like that this gives me the chance to try cape-style coat.

H&M seriously one of my favourite affordable store and this was New Year sale .
H&M GBP 3.00 *CRAZY!!* (original price GBP 10.00++)
I need another black loose top. Why black? I don't know probably I was influenced by fashionista804 that makes me think that I need more black outfits *love her MAC OOTD video* . Actually I had my eye on this other black top but I couldn't find it at first *I found it after I finish paying, and it has no discount for some reason* . This one is in plain black, which the front is 'drape' and loose, with 3/4 sleeves *I prefer long sleeves, but it's fine, I'll just wear it with an inner*. I love that it got a 'shiny glossy finish, it's polyester and I got an inner with quite the same finish so I can this with that. Since I got this, I fee that I shouldn't be adamant in getting a black top or outfits.

H&M GBP 5.00 *double CRAZY!!* (Original price GBP 34.99)
I never thought of getting this but because it was really really cheap I got it as well.
At first I thought about getting one in orange, but I thought the dark blue is easier to work with. It's long sleeve, cropped, dark blue with golden buttons. The material for shell is 98% cotton, 2% elastane with 100% polyester lining. It is quite wrinkled since it is an old stock. It's my first time wearing crop jacket and it will look good with this one white lacy dress I had.
I will get more long tops/dress to wear with this.

This was the best time to get the Gap pants cheaper!!
This pant *below* got to be my favourite 'surprisingly good' purchase.
It's the skinny motor pants, and I saw this few times on Gap website

Gap -Front View-  GBP 14.99  (original price - GBP 39.95)
From the website I thought that this will not look good on me due to the zip and pocket, but that day when I found my size at the Gap store in the colour forest green,
I just thought why not give it a try and I was wrongIt fits really GOOD on me, I love how this skinny pants turnout to be. I thought it would be very uncomfortable because it looks rigid and it would very 'fitted' and 'tight', but it's not.
Gap - Front view and leg -
Gap - Back view and leg -

It is 98% cotton and 2% spandex/elastane. So it is quite stretchy and more comfortable for big girl like me.  Then there's like pleat detailing at front for the knee which took away those excess fabric which is obvious when you seat or squat, I was afraid that it does not place right on my leg but it was nice, the pants length and thigh-calf proportion suits me. Other than that the zip and button flapped pockets give interesting details for the pants, there's angled zip detailing at the calf. It is more interesting than typical pant with the zip detailing at the side of the pants, this one end at the front. Then there's centre seam down the leg at the back, which make the appearance of 'slimmer leg'. Plus the button at the waist got fabric that run down to the zipper, makes it more sturdy and secure on waist, I wouldn't be worry that button would be flying out.
I LOVE THIS PANTS!!
I also got another pant, which is a basic skinny black pants, this is essential! I don't know why I never got one, but finally I got it.
Gap - GBP 9.99 - (original price GBP 39.95)
It's a black skinny pants, very stretchy, it's says 'legging jean'. 66% viscose *so quite heavy*, 29% nylon and 5% elastane. Very comfortable, no 'tight' feeling at all, although make me a bit afraid that it would fall off, but it wouldn't. hehe. Now I can wear these with long top and short dresses to give a more formal look. NICE!

Out of nowhere I got a plain long sleeve top in violet more to bluish.

Plain long sleeve, crew neck and 100% cotton. It's quite fitted, so I would wear this with my bootcut jeans.

So that will be all for this haul, the bag I got on early December or late November I think and the clothes was on late December. I will do cosmetics and makeups haul for sure and it will include all the stuff I purchase from autumn to winter and there's quite a lot, some of you who might follow me on twitter might know since tweet my purchases, so wait for it ok!

PS: It's been a while since I do my haul especially on clothes...I did tweet my hauls but with not much information. So I think I want to post hauls again, since that is more informative and helpful.  I find haul videos or blogpost really helpful because it gives ideas on what to purchase and try. They also give ideas on price range of a brand or store, what is splurge and what would be affordable, cheap or steal. It is definitely not for showing off. So when I'm doing hauls I really hope it can be helpful.

Till next time,
